I'll admit the first time I saw a CrossFit Gym I vowed never to enter. The heavy weights, big stop watch and strong muscle dudes intimidated me. I'm so glad a good friend convinced me otherwise. Last week we had a blast visiting Tania from CrossFit Winnipeg to chat about Sweat 6 week bootcamp.
